Reservations can still be done the old fashioned way, by phone or by clicking on the Check Availability hyperlink. This way we can give you the personal touch if you need it or the convenience of 24/7 access if you would like. Please follow up any emails with a call if it’s less than 48 hours before you need a room. Smoking is prohibited anywhere within the house.

Policies & Procedures

  • All rates are per room, per night, based on double occupancy.

  • Reservations accepted for families with well-behaved children.

  • For third or fourth person in the Connecticut Room Suite, add $20 per adult, $10 per child.

  • Refunds will be given only on cancellations at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled arrival time. If the room can be rented, you will be charged a $15.00 processing fee. If it can’t be rented you’ll be charged one nights’ room rate.

  • Our dog Allie is a cockapoo who is friendly with guests of all ages.

  • Deposits: one night’s deposit required for reservations. First and Last night’s deposit is required on 4 or more nights. Balance is due upon check out.

  • Check-in time 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Payment by cash or charge (Visa, MC, American Express and Discover).

  • Connecticut tax is an additional 15% for all reservations.

  • Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged for any indoor smoking.
